To register and use Best 66's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You register using true, accurate, and current personal information in your own name.

• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Best 66 account only. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, or IP address — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information, including your full name as per your identification card, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Best 66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance purposes.

You are solely responsible for:

• All activity that occurs within your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party.
• Notify Best 66 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Best 66 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only, via approved Malaysian local payment methods. The minimum deposit is RM 5 and there is no maximum deposit limit unless specifically stated for a particular promotion.

All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Best 66 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Best 66 reserves the right to reject or withhold any deposit suspected of involving fraud or money laundering.

Best 66 members may withdraw winnings to a Malaysian bank account or digital wallet registered in their own name. The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 and the maximum daily withdrawal is RM 50,000 for standard accounts, and higher for VIP members.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Any bonus received must meet the rollover requirement before the associated funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account held in the same name as the Best 66 account registration name.

Withdrawal processing time is between 3 minutes to 24 hours depending on the chosen method and verification requirements. Best 66 processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.

General terms applicable to all Best 66 bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. A minimum 20x rollover of the bonus amount is required before any withdrawal is permitted. Must be used within 30 days of the credit date.
• Weekly Cashback: Calculated based on net losses over a 7-day period (Monday to Sunday). Credited every Monday between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. A 1x rollover is required.

• Only one bonus may be used at a time unless otherwise stated.

General rules applicable to all Best 66 games:

• The outcome of all digital games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent third-party body.
• Technical failures during gameplay will be handled based on Best 66's server logs, which shall be considered final.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, the results stored in Best 66's server database shall be considered valid and final.

• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents.
• Upon request by authorities or regulatory bodies.
• 12 consecutive months of inactivity (dormant account).

Members may also close their Best 66 account at any time by contacting our support team via email at support@best66.click. All eligible balances (after deducting any bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days.

All content on the Best 66 platform — including logos, brand names, website design, software, graphics, text, images, and audio — is the exclusive property of Best 66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any Best 66 content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Best 66.

Best 66 shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, third-party failures, or unforeseen events.
• Losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made by the member.
• Damage resulting from unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
